What TikArc is

TikArc is a viewer and downloader for public TikTok content. It is not TikTok and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to TikTok or ByteDance.

Acceptable use

You agree to use TikArc only for public content and only in lawful ways. In particular:

• Public content only. Do not try to see private accounts or private videos.
• No bulk scraping. Do not use scripts or bots to pull large amounts of data from the site. Normal use by a person is fine.
• No illegal use. Do not use TikArc to break the law or the rights of others, or to harass anyone.
• Do not break the service. Do not try to overload it, get around its limits, or attack it or the people who run it.

We may block access if the service is being abused.

Content belongs to its owners

Videos, pictures, names and text shown on TikArc belong to their creators and to TikTok. TikArc does not own them and does not host them. Using TikArc does not give you any right to them.

Downloads

Downloads are for your personal use, such as watching offline. You are responsible for how you use what you download. Do not re-upload someone else's work as your own, and do not use it commercially without the creator's permission. Rules about copying content differ from country to country, and it is up to you to follow the ones that apply to you.

Availability and accuracy

Some modes are not available yet, and the tool pages say which. Numbers and content come from public sources and can be a few minutes old, wrong or missing. We do not promise that any video or profile can be shown or downloaded.

Service provided as is

TikArc is provided as it is, without any warranty. We do not promise that it will be free of errors, always online, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using TikArc or from not being able to use it. This includes lost data, lost time, or anything you do with downloaded content. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.

Changes to the service and to these terms

We may change, pause or remove parts of TikArc at any time, including modes. We may also change these terms. The date at the top shows the last update. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.

Removal requests

Creators can ask for their public content not to be shown. See the removal page.
